Your data
SocialBroom is built so we never get a copy of what you do. This is the plain-language version of what stays on your phone, what reaches us and how to erase it.

It stays on your phone.
SocialBroom has no account, so everything it keeps lives on your phone.
Your logins stay on your phone
You sign in on each app’s own page. We never see passwords.
Your stats stay there too
Time and sweeps are counted on your phone and kept for 30 days.
We only get what you send
Sweep reports and emails, when you choose to send them. Sweep reports include no usernames, messages or logins.
Erase it any time
Settings → Clear data removes everything SocialBroom keeps: logins, settings, stats and reports.
One download, signed.
The one thing the app downloads from us is its list of what to sweep, signed so nobody can change it. That’s how sweeps stay current without an app update. The request carries nothing from your apps.

Their pages, their privacy policies
When you use Instagram, YouTube or another app inside SocialBroom, you’re on that app’s own page. It receives what you do there, as it would in its own app, and its privacy policy applies.
SocialBroom never changes a setting on your account. Instagram may email you about a new login, as it does when you sign in on a new phone.
Erase everything in one step
Clear data
Settings → Clear data → Erase everything signs you out of every app and resets your settings and stats on your phone. It can’t be undone.
Delete the app
Deleting SocialBroom removes what it kept along with it. There’s no account to close and no copy to ask for.
Turn notifications off
Weekly recaps and fixed-sweep notes can each be turned off any time. Notifications never include anything you see in your apps.
Have a privacy question?
This page is a plain-language guide. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are the full versions. Write to us with anything else, and leave out passwords and login codes.
