Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the SocialBroom app and this website.
Effective 1 November 2026
1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Aguadulce Private Limited, the maker of SocialBroom (“SocialBroom”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By downloading or using SocialBroom, or using this website, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use SocialBroom.
2. What SocialBroom does
SocialBroom opens the phone pages of supported apps, such as Instagram and YouTube, and hides the parts you choose not to see. It also offers daily limits and stats, kept on your phone. SocialBroom is free to download and use.
Beta sweeps are newer and may let things through when an app changes. We may add, change, pause or remove sweeps, supported apps or features when needed to keep SocialBroom working, secure or useful.
3. Who can use SocialBroom
You must be old enough to accept these terms where you live, and to use the apps you open in SocialBroom under their own rules. If the law where you live requires a parent’s or guardian’s consent, use SocialBroom only with it.
4. Your accounts on other apps
You log in to each app on its own page, and your use of that app stays governed by its own terms and policies. SocialBroom doesn’t change settings on your accounts. You’re responsible for following each app’s rules.
SocialBroom isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn or Reddit. Their names belong to their owners.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s privacy or intellectual property;
- use SocialBroom to get into an account that isn’t yours;
- copy, modify, resell or redistribute SocialBroom, except where the law allows;
- tamper with the sweep list, its signature or our servers, or try to get around them;
- reverse engineer SocialBroom, except where the law allows; or
- use SocialBroom to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
6. Our property and your feedback
SocialBroom, its software, design, brand and sweep list belong to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use SocialBroom on phones you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
7. App stores
If you downloaded SocialBroom from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google aren’t parties to these terms and aren’t responsible for SocialBroom, its content or its support.
8. Other companies’ apps
The apps you open in SocialBroom are run by other companies. They can change at any time, which can stop a sweep from working until we update the sweep list. We don’t control those apps and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or conduct.
9. Availability and disclaimers
SocialBroom is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep sweeps current, but we don’t promise that every Reel, ad or suggestion will be caught, or that SocialBroom will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of SocialBroom. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or your rights under consumer protection law.
11. Ending use
You can stop using SocialBroom at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering SocialBroom, an app or a sweep, or end your access if you break these terms.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as SocialBroom changes. We’ll change the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or on this site. Using SocialBroom after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: info@socialbroom.com.
